“Clear Buy” guarantee

Clear price: We always try to give you the best price on the net. With deliveries all over Europe we can’t guarantee that it will always be the lowest price. If you find the same article cheaper somewhere else (no sales or special prices) please don’t hesitate to contact us for a better deal. Articles should be identical in specifications and delivery terms.

Clear freight: When you buy for less than 150 € you only pay a fixed amount of 9,50 € within Europe. When your order is over 150 € we will sent  your order free of freight!

Clear delivery guaranty: From all the products in our web shop we have at least one on stock. So, if you can order it we will have it! If we can’t deliver your order within a reasonable time period (for instance: if someone orders exactly the same article at exactly the same time) we will deposit your money straight back to you and give you a 10% discount on your next order.

Clear satisfaction guarantee: If you’re not 100% satisfied with your product you can return it to us or change it within 14 days of purchase.

Clear product guarantees: We only work with the best brands around and use their product guarantees. That means that we will take care of your guarantee claims for you. Until now it has never happened that we didn’t get a product replaced or repaired for our customers!
